Visiting this website
The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The host processes connection data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, response status and browser information to deliver the site and protect its operation. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website. An agreement for processing on our behalf is in place.
Hosting log retention: Customer access logging and access statistics are disabled; no customer access log files are retained. Operational and security records are limited to what is needed for their purpose. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics services, remote fonts or embedded third-party media.
Tools and checklist
The resource calculator, progress selector and glossary run in your browser. Their inputs are not sent to us. The optional checklist stores a small set of yes/no choices in local storage only when you choose Save checklist. It has no automatic expiry and stays until you clear it, clear site data or the browser removes it. Use Clear saved checklist in the guide to remove it.
This storage provides a function you explicitly request (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). Where personal data is involved, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in providing your requested local feature. No cross-site identifier is created.
Contacting us
If you email us or submit the contact form, we process your email address and message to deal with your request. The form sends these to our support mailbox at ALL-INKL; it does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include sensitive data or passwords.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for requests concerning a contract or steps before a contract; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for responding to enquiries and safeguarding the service. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the request, then deleted unless legal retention obligations or the defence of legal claims require longer storage.
The active form uses an essential session cookie to protect against forged requests. It expires at the end of the browser session; server sessions become invalid after 30 minutes. Short-lived abuse limits use a keyed hash of your connection IP address and attempt times; the form does not store message bodies in its rate-limit file. Limit entries expire after at most one hour and are removed on the next request. These measures rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the necessary-function exception in Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.
The Android app is separate
The current Android edition runs offline without advertising, analytics, accounts, billing or network permission. Save slots are local to your device. The website cannot read them. Exports, backups and data you choose to send to support are under your control. If you open an external link, the destination’s processing applies separately. Google Play processes store and purchase data under its own privacy information if you use that service.
Recipients and external links
Our hosting and email provider processes the website and support data described above. We do not intentionally transfer website enquiries to services outside the EU/EEA. Third-party links load only when you follow them; those operators publish their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR requirements, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany (lda.bayern.de).
There is no automated decision-making or profiling on this site. Providing a contact email/message is voluntary, but we need them to answer an enquiry.
